Please download our Rental Agreement and Check Out Procedures.  READ THEM. You are responsible for their contents and are signing that you agree to the terms therein. Please take special note of the following items found in the Rental Agreement;

NO REFUNDS: Once a reservation has been paid for it will be considered booked and refunds will be given only if property can be re-rented for those dates.  A partial re-renting will result in a partial refund.

NO SMOKING IN CABIN---smoking is allowed on the balcony deck over the concrete driveway and the least of which will cause a fire.

NO CANDLE BURNING:  We are in a FIRE ZONE and cannot risk any flames (other than in fireplace) inside the house.  All of Julian is under close watch for fire hazards.

SNOW AND CHAINS:

It is very rare that you will need chains to drive up to Julian in the snow.  For up to the minute weather conditions check

And the biggest rule not to break……

NO HOUSE PARTIES:  We are the “family cabin” and are trying to provide people with small children or dogs a nice place to stay since most lodging in Julian is geared towards couples. The house is in a secluded area surrounded by trees but is still considered part of the residential area within jurisdiction Pine Hills Community Association and must observe their rules.  A “House Party” includes multiple guests NOT on the rental agreement and not previously approved by landlord.  If neighbors suspect a party in progress (ie loud music & noise, multiple cars in driveway, driving recklessly or racing, etc)  the Association has authority to contact local law enforcement and to immediately evict you and your guests without any refunds. 

CHECK IN

Pick up keys at designated area.  Check in is normally 3pm but can be earlier with prior approval.  Clean towels will be found in the bathroom and clean sheets will be found on top of your beds.  Towels to dry dogs can be found in the dog closet in the kitchen pantry.  If your dog sleeps on the bed, please use our dog towel for him/her to lay on.  Please bring a dog bed with you and do not allow dog on sofas.
